1. TIME FOR THE SESSION

Our time in the session are

including your brief, restroom and dress down. For the reasons time for session might short by additional about 5 mins.

2. MEDICAL INFORMATION

It's necessary to inform your medical problem or your drug used information, So the therapist can plan the safe and effective session for you.

3. PREGNANCY

Please inform our therpist when you make appointment and before start the session if you are pregnant. No massage can be received during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.

4. LATE ARRIVAL

Your session might be shorten

depending upon how late you arrived, you will be responsible for the 'full' session by your original appointment.

5. NO SHOW

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forget their appointment for whatever reason will be charged for the 'missed' appointment.

6. CANCELATION

24 hours advanced notice is required when canceling or you will be charging the full amount of your appointment or gift card will be void.

7. GIFT VOUCHER

All gift certificates are good for 3 years from the date of purchase.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen certificate. Refund within 1 month,  deduct 40% of purchase .

8. TAKE CARE OF YOUR BELONGINGS

We are not responsible for the lost or damage of your valuables.

Please keep them safe.

9. UNSATISFIED?

If you are not happy with our service, within the first 10mins you have the right to decline the service,

free of charge.

10. HYGIENE

Coming to your session with clean body is imperative for the health and safety of both the client and therapist.

​

11. COMMUNICABLE DISEASE

Services for that session will be postponed. If you still in the condition of fresh wound, inflammation acne infective skin condition or any other way of communicable disease.

​

12. SEXUAL IMPROPRIETY

Zero-tolerance for sexual innuendos, language, touching, behaviour, etc. The session will be end immediately and the client will be charged full price.

13. AVOID EATING BEFORE

It is the best to not eat for at least 90 mins before you get started with the session.

​

14. UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Clients will refrain from alcohol or drug use for at lease 12 hours prior, if you show up intoxicated the therapist has the right to refuse service and you will be charge for the session.

15. GRATUITY

Gratuity is not included in the price of service or spa packages, customary tipping runs 20% or more for the outstanding work of therapist but is, of course, at your discretion.
